Yes, of course, you will be able to customize the logo, favicon, and Support Portal name without any line of code!
In the Admin Panel, click Admin >> Portal >> Your Portal.
A new page will be opened where it is possible to setup a Support Portal name and upload, remove or change Header Logo and Favicon.
- Name - Change the name of the Support Portal. For example, your customers might be used to calling your content Support, Help, and Tutorials, or Documentation. The name doesn't affect the URL of the Support Center.
- Logo - Change the default logo image displayed in the header.
- Favicon - A favicon is a small image that appears on a browser tab or next to the URL in the browser's address bar. For best results, make sure the favicon is a square image. The image is scaled to fit the display dimensions. Changes don't take effect until you click Publish button.
